Which Book are you?

You're Jurassic Park!

by Michael Crichton

You combine all the elements of a mad scientist, a brash philosopher,
a humble researcher, and a money-hungry attracter of tourists. With all these features,
you could build something monumental or get chased around by your own demons. Probably
both, in fact. A movie based on your life would make millions, and spawn at least two
sequels thatwouldn't be very good. Be very careful around islands.

La Femme Musketeer

Just watched this movie (saved it on the DVR). I think it was on the Hallmark Channel. If it's on cable, we have the channel (as long as Adelphia carries it). I thought it was pretty good. It was nice to see Michael York, who played D'artagnon in the old movies return to play the same role in this tv movie. The girl that had the lead did a good job. I probably should have done paperwork, but after a long weekend of going to playgrounds and working on the deck, I decided to crash. I'll pay for that later...

Day after Tomorrow

Saw the movie the Day after Tomorrow last night. Not too bad. I laughed a bunch of times at moments that might have been supposed to be scary/intense. Good special effects, though. I was recently in NYC near the Statue of Liberty and it was a bit weird to see a tidal wave and then snow cover it. A good summer movie and Fahrenheit 9/11 was sold out last night.

Just created this blog. Tried to do some work on the deck outside but it was still wet from last night's rain, so this blog gets the benefit of the poor weather in Cleveland OH. First, understand this - Nicotine's Ash is not in favor of nicotine. The name comes from my long time screen name of Nick Jones (short for Nicotine). I don't like smoking, chewing, gum, etc with nicotine. So throw away your cigarettes and live longer. More later.
