I voted on Friday, since we can vote early in Florida. Took me close to two hours from start to finish. It was raining for the first half hour (no umbrella - foolish me). It was cool to see so many voters especially many first timers since we are near a major college (University of Central Florida). They were driving van loads of kids to vote since many of them don't have cars. Glad it's over with since I don't enjoy lines and usually avoid them...It'll be nice when the television ads are gone, too.

Went to see The Wizard of Oz with the wife and daughter. I think she enjoyed it, though she was upset that she didn't get more candy during the show. The child is probably a candy addict and this is a tough time of year to show restraint...

Last weekend, we took the kids to Sea World. They have daytime trick or treating and lots of candy. They even have mini bananas (real fruit)! They had fun but we ran of time and will go back before Halloween...

This is what I see on my drive to work when I drive to the coast. My commute (every other week) is about an hour. Not so bad with this view. There's a bit of a mist off the ground since it was "cool" at about 64 degrees. Pretty cool, eh?
